Karl Williams was very good. He seemed to care about the customer and resumed that I would be happy at the end of the deal. So wonderful I went in emergently after having an issue with my 2015 sonata. I was warmly greeted by Niki at the door and had the most wonderful experience with he I went in emergently after having an issue with my 2015 sonata. I was warmly greeted by Niki at the door and had the most wonderful experience with her. Niki listened patiently to my issues with my old car as well as my needs with my new car and worked tirelessly to show me options for a new vehicle while at the same time coordinating my trade in with the service department and the trade in department. Ian in service was great at getting my old car in to be looked at in a timely manner, and took the extra step to check in on me throughout the day. Niki did her best to show me multiple options in my price range and with all the features I needed. She was very knowledgeable and was quick to answer every question I had. After picking just the right car, I was taken to Falysha in the finance department who was very thorough in explaining all of the paperwork and helping me get through the rest of the day in a timely manner. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision and I am completely content with my purchase. My family and I have been coming to this dealership for years and will continue to remain loyal customers. The entire team provided excellent customer service throughout and everyone worked their hardest to ensure my happiness. I would recommend niki to anyone looking for the best experience while purchasing a car. More

Amazing! I have been leasing from Hyundai since 2013. As time went on I became very unhappy with the dealership I went to. I was so disgusted that I was going I have been leasing from Hyundai since 2013. As time went on I became very unhappy with the dealership I went to. I was so disgusted that I was going to leave Hyundai as soon as my lease was up. A friend of mine told me about the great experience she had at her dealership. I was referred to Niki at South Shore Hyundai, and she restored my faith in Hyundai. The staff is very friendly and happy which makes the atmosphere very pleasant. They were professional and could not do enough to accommodate me. Niki and Rob B. went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. Even my finance specialist Sherette, was amazing and extremely helpful. My car is absolutely beautiful, I could not ask for anything more!! I highly recommend Niki at South Shore Hyundai you won’t be disappointed! More

I regret purchasing my car at this Dealership I have had a very unpleasant experience dealing with your General Manager Dino Karvazoni. October 10th I purchased a Santa Fe Sport pre-owned 2013 veh I have had a very unpleasant experience dealing with your General Manager Dino Karvazoni. October 10th I purchased a Santa Fe Sport pre-owned 2013 vehicle. This was an unexpected purchase I need a car to get to work. On Saturday October 14th I was informed by my previous mechanic that the tires on my newly purchased vehicle were no good. He advised that I will soon need new tires. The rear tires would not get me through the winter snow as they would give no traction and the front tires were also close to worn out too. He informed me the tire thread depth was approximately 3 or 4/32 and it was supposed to be no less than 5/32. He further advised me to inform Hyundai immediately and get them replaced as well as the floor mats missing in the front. He went on to say having just purchased the car three days ago, it will be a huge expense, to purchase new tires so soon, which isn’t right and should not be especially at the price tag I purchased for a 5 year old car. He nor I didn't know the vehicle wasn't certified. Your General Manager Dino Karvazoni. is very arrogant, cocky and has poor customer relations. He has given me the runaround with 2 different inspections only to offer me to pay half for 2 new front tires after the last inspection. He knows very well the tires are not good. Ultimately what that boils down to is 1 tire. How embarrassed I feel for him. Meanwhile, because the daylight time was practically gone during the purchase, I didn't see the scratched and dings until the day I was about to take it home. Troy Pitt, the salesman who assisted me with the purchase told me that he was ordering touch up paint for the scratches and schedule an appointment with the dent repairman when he is scheduled to fix the minor dents. He had given me his cell. He was very accessible and attentive with returning my calls and text messages before I purchased the car. After I purchased the car he was not responding to any calls nor would he answer my text messages. All Troy Pitt did was restore my leeriness of con salesmen. However when I went for the 1st inspection I would learn from Robert Betts, one of the other sales managers, seemed as if he was very happy to tell me that if Troy Pitt didn’t put it in writing on the “we owe” than they could and would not supply me with whatever Troy Pitt had promised. I didn’t even know what a “we owe” he was referring to. How cheap is he and he owned it. Oh, let me back up, Mike Ficklin was no better. When I began explaining to him about the car mats when I called to inform they were missing, he interrupted me and interjected I purchased the car as is and they are not responsible to replace them. After that statement, I asked to speak to his manager. I let him know I just brought this car for so much money I’m not purchasing floor mats. He then asked when I could I come to the dealership, that he’d take some from another car on the lot. I told him I could come right after work. All in all, a bad experience. I already sent a letter of complaint to Hyundai Motor America, William Lee Interim President and CEO and it is on record. However, they can't do anything to help me. But I'm not stopping there. I will not get anything rectified with my tires with your dealership but I will let the necessary people know the lack of accountability, and poor customer service and relations I experienced at SOUTH SHORE HYUNDAI. I am pleased with the vehicle but I don't really have peace nor the confidence in the integrity of people at your dealership. They didn't help me understand that I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from a certified dealership, but that in that within that $20,872.00 price tag the car itself wasn't certified or inform me that I would need to pay an additional $1,000.00 in order to have it be so. What expense will arise next that have no recourse and will have to pay for. Thank God for other car manufactures for me to chose from for cars. This was my first Hyundai and last. I can emphatically state I will never purchase another one. For me it's a down grade from Toyota after this experience. I tell everyone I can of my negative experience, to steer clear and go elsewhere to purchase a car. Not only will I not purchase a Hyundai again, I'll will be locating another service center to bring my car. Hyundai will not receive another penny or dime of my money. I will also purchase my tires elsewhere. The place I'm referring to for the purchase I have a relationship with and have not ever felt taken, my tires are taken good care of. As a consumer this is what I look for when I spend my hard earned money and return to shop time and time again. I had to check 1 star to send this review of my experience... No stars for this dealership!!! More
