I had a 7am appointment getting an oil change and ny inspection. Found out will need brakes. I was advised will be about 3hrs. Had to be in work at 12:00 no problem. I kept calling was told still worki inspection. Found out will need brakes. I was advised will be about 3hrs. Had to be in work at 12:00 no problem. I kept calling was told still working on the car. The mechanic I was told was working on a few other cars the same time. Finally I got my car back at 4:00. Had to call in to my job. Then when I paid you added an extra $40 for using credit card.
