I have no major complaints about the sales department, aside from the challenges of making initial phone contact with a sales person at the outset and, later, getting full price transparency on the lease aside from the challenges of making initial phone contact with a sales person at the outset and, later, getting full price transparency on the lease agreement in advance of signing. We have had issues in the past, however, on the service side. Those issues related to poor communication and extremely long routine maintenance checks of the car. More
