I had a dash board error that shorted out my system. Nothing would show up. I took it in here and their mechanic charged me for a new WINDSHIELD AND MIRROR. Yes you read that right. This cost me $1582.3 Nothing would show up. I took it in here and their mechanic charged me for a new WINDSHIELD AND MIRROR. Yes you read that right. This cost me $1582.36. The invoice even said the backup mirror passed the report. Norm Reeves Honda blamed my camera for going out because of a toll tag that was not on anything to cause this. It’s all they could come up with. But there’s money for Norm Reeves Honda in repairs. About a month later there was a recall on the same description of what I told them happened to my Honda Pilot. Honda said to have them respond to it and I went back in good faith because that repair guy was no longer there. They repaired the recall at no charge and got another $1400ish for doing the maintenance on it. They sent in documents to get the money back from Honda. Neither Honda or Norm Reeves Honda refunded me for the recalled repair that I paid for. What happened was, the vehicle worked again without the recalled part fixed initially because there was a hard reset done to recalibrate the new unneeded mirror and windshield they charged me for. His reply when I told him initially that’s not what it is was, “Well does it work?” So, after 14 years of being a Honda owner, I’ll never own another one. Good bye crooks. Richard Linnard was the GM that helped fail me. He quit taking my calls and texts. When I just went to finish the survey, it appears Rhett Valentine is actually with them still. They lied about that as well. To my face. Y’all are betting a thousand. More

My car was returned to me damaged and filthy.
