Your service center is very incompetent. They sit around all day talking. They knew nothing about my car that I bought there. Slayter was very patient and great to work with. Marcos we only saw for about 10 minutes. Slayter was not pushy and listened to what we wanted. Don't even think for one second about buying a car from Kia of Cape Coral, or any of the Morgan dealerships. After spending a combined 6 hours over 2 days, negotiating a price for a used Sorento, the final Kia of Cape Coral, or any of the Morgan dealerships. After spending a combined 6 hours over 2 days, negotiating a price for a used Sorento, the final transaction sheet (the one that counts) had no relationship to anything that was agreed upon. They turned a $23.8k car (that's with taxes, Dealer fee, tags) into a $31k final number. Pushy about add-ons, numbers that don't add up, constant disception, misdirection, flat out lies. For the first time ever, I had to walk out! I have made 9 new car purchases and about 14 used car purchases at various dealers. So far, this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. Just go anywhere else if you value your time , money, and sanity. More

Technically this dealership should get a ZERO but that is not an option. The salesman Jalil was very nice and knowledgeable, but he had to give me to one of the managers to continue the deal. I felt like I w not an option. The salesman Jalil was very nice and knowledgeable, but he had to give me to one of the managers to continue the deal. I felt like I was just a number, the manager did not make sure I understood how to operate the car new features, and I was also driving without my car registration for 2 weeks. I tried numerous times to call and was put on hold for over 25 minutes each time.! I had left multiple messages regarding my needing my registration and NO ONE CALLED ME BACK! I finally was able to go in person to the dealership and was met with an uncaring receptionist who never apologized for the confusion, nor did any manager come out to apologize, nor did the financial person. Today I called Jalil and asked to speak to a manager and they apparently are too busy. Jalil was very apologetic for the confusion. As far as the managers, TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! NEVER WILL I BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN! More
