I was greeted and checked in and everything was clearly explained. They offered me an Uber, even though recalls don't bring money. When the recall ended up taking longer than expected due to required software updates, they even sent an uber to pick me up and take me to the rental car agency! The van is in great shape, the communication was great! I didn't have to call over and over, in fact, I never called, because they called first.
