I've had my Sedona for about 10 years now, it's got nice low miles ( 73k). It's not the prettiest, but it gets the job done. They offered me an Uber, even though recalls don't bring money. When the recall ended up taking longer than expected due to required software updates, they even sent an uber to pick me up and take me to the rental car agency! The van is in great shape, the communication was great! I didn't have to call over and over, in fact, I never called, because they called first. More

Your service center is very incompetent. They sit around all day talking. They knew nothing about my car that I bought there. They sell cars with defective engines. They make you come back over and over to fix a problem that's unfixable. The Kia dealership in Cape Coral represents quantity in not quality. It won’t let me proceed with 0 stars. I was at the dealership for 6 hours, asked for my keys back (2024 Sportage x line) 4 or 5 times. Get pressured into a 2026 Sportage Hybrid. I drove more than three hours with cash in hand to purchase a vehicle after being told the day before that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I discovered the vehicle was completely undriveable— purchase a vehicle after being told the day before that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I discovered the vehicle was completely undriveable—the rear bumper was hanging off and the condition was nothing like what had been represented. The experience quickly became frustrating and unprofessional. I worked primarily with Aaron Cancel, who was the only person who genuinely seemed interested in helping and making the situation right. Unfortunately, he appeared to have very little authority over the decisions being made by management. I was passed between Aaron Cancel, Bill Bars, and Aaron in Finance, all of whom repeatedly told me the General Manager would come speak with me. The GM never did. In fact, while we were waiting, we watched him leave the dealership without ever addressing the situation. To make matters worse, I was told I could not purchase the vehicle at the advertised price unless I financed it through the dealership or paid an additional $2,000 for a Preferred PPP package that I neither wanted nor requested. The pricing continued to change throughout the process, with additional delivery, dealer, reconditioning, and other fees being added. What should have been approximately $105,000 out the door somehow became over $110,000, and I still left without the vehicle that day. The Finance Manager was particularly disappointing. I felt that statements were made and then immediately contradicted, creating confusion and destroying any trust in the process. The entire experience felt more like a reality TV drama than a professional vehicle purchase. After spending nearly five hours at the dealership, I left without the car and faced a three-hour drive home late at night. Aaron Cancel ultimately delivered the vehicle to me two days later, and I give him full credit for doing everything he could to salvage the situation. Unfortunately, one employee's efforts cannot overcome the lack of transparency, communication, and integrity I experienced throughout the rest of the process. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and would never purchase from them again. More
