This is the THIRD vehicle I have leased from these folks. I have told them up front what I have and where I need to be to make a deal. I leave it in their hands. Not a lot of back and forth because I will not tolerate it, lol. Jerimiah (sales manager) assisted. He is a very clean closer. I was impressed by his approach and professionalism. Job well done sir, and it’s always a pleasure! My new sales consultant Scott Socha was AWESOME & HELPFUL. He listened to what I had to say (demands lol) and was a good player. He assisted me from the presentation and test drive all the way to the close! Larger auto groups can be alarming for people. I get it. But I will say I was treated 100% with professionalism and respect. And at the end of the day (no matter what) I went home a 100% SATISFIED CUSTOMER. A+ Morgan Auto Group! PS: I did MY first detail and found a piece of the belt line molding for the front driver door is discoloring in a portion of it. Scott contacted me on a SUNDAY to let me know they would take care of it. He wasn’t even working (little did I know). Good peace of mind. More

I was lied to, I was sold a vehicle with a bent frame that holds the lower control arm to the driver side wheel, with an open recall,with the blind spot sensor’s not working witch I repaired by laying on that holds the lower control arm to the driver side wheel, with an open recall,with the blind spot sensor’s not working witch I repaired by laying on my back under the vehicle for many hours to remove dried mud that was completely covering the sensors, the whole under carriage of this vehicle is loaded with dried mud, the vehicle came from Utah where they had lots of mud slides, the front park assist sensors don’t work, there are 3 different tires on the vehicle, the wheel well covers are completely gone on the front passenger side, and then the engine light came on and the code was a fuel pressure sensor, so I told the dealer about all this and they did nothing to fix the problem, I paid around 40 thousand dollars for a vehicle that I can’t trust to drive, it is a 2025 Ram Laramie 1500, I asked for a refund with no reply. More
