I've had my Sedona for about 10 years now, it's got nice low miles ( 73k). It's not the prettiest, but it gets the job done. We had about 100 (hyperbole) recalls that we hadn't addressed, I was able to make low miles ( 73k). It's not the prettiest, but it gets the job done. We had about 100 (hyperbole) recalls that we hadn't addressed, I was able to make a same day appointment, within an hour, actually. I was greeted and checked in and everything was clearly explained. They offered me an Uber, even though recalls don't bring money. When the recall ended up taking longer than expected due to required software updates, they even sent an uber to pick me up and take me to the rental car agency! The van is in great shape, the communication was great! I didn't have to call over and over, in fact, I never called, because they called first. More

Chad welcomed me immediately as I arrived at the dealership. An awesome experience from beginning to end. I left with an awse new KIA Sportage, and was extremely pleased with the deal i got! Your service center is very incompetent. They sit around all day talking. They knew nothing about my car that I bought there. I would never buy another car from you again and I would not recommend you several times my car wouldn’t go because the brake lock was on they couldn’t even tell me where it was. That’s how stupid they are. I found it myself. I’m giving you a bad rating on every site that I can. More

Jeremy Jordan at the Cape Coral location was great in the service department. Jeremy was very pleasant to work with and showed me about videoing the work being done on my 2023 Seltos. They sell cars with defective engines. They make you come back over and over to fix a problem that's unfixable. The Kia dealership in Cape Coral represents quantity in not quality. It won’t let me proceed with 0 stars. I was at the dealership for 6 hours, asked for my keys back (2024 Sportage x line) 4 or 5 times. Get pressured into a 2026 Sportage Hybrid. Tried for a week to convince myself to be ok with it, DIDN’T WORK! Went in and attempted to buy back my vehicle. 84 month loan at $680 per month to buy back a 2024 Sportage!!??!! Will never return! Kia dealer responsive, accommodating, and great service and employees. This is my second car i have gotten from this dealer. They listened and worked with me. Chad was an excellent help in the whole proc and employees. This is my second car i have gotten from this dealer. They listened and worked with me. Chad was an excellent help in the whole process. I found a few things need attention the day after i got the car and he was right there for and solved the problem in less than 20 minutes. I recommend the dealer and Chad. Great team. More

In my years of working with dealers as a customer this is the first time I can say it was a pleasant experience, no pressure tactics to make me buy a car.
