Jeremy Jordan at the Cape Coral location was great in the service department. Jeremy was very pleasant to work with and showed me about videoing the work being done on my 2023 Seltos. Scott (manager) and Christine (sales) were absolutely amazing. They treated us with the highest levels of respect and care. They got us a new telluride hybrid SX for much less than the other Kia dealer i amazing. They treated us with the highest levels of respect and care. In my years of working with dealers as a customer this is the first time I can say it was a pleasant experience, no pressure tactics to make me buy a car. They didn’t seem like they liked me really. I was there for service not to buy a new car. The management team they all act like they were better and I was the xxxx on the bottom of there shoes. I enjoyed working with Scott, he was very polite and concerned about what I was wanting and trying to meet that. Everyone I encountered was very nice and friendly. The dealership was very busy and they had the music blaring. That was not enjoyable. I had to go outside a couple of times to get away from it while waiting for Finance. More
