Robby was wonderful throughout the whole process. Unassuming, no pressure. Very knowledgeable. I initially went in for a Chevy Traverse, but it didn't have enough of storage/cargo space. I currently own GMC Yukon XL and liked the space, but not necessarily the height. During my second visit to Colonial-West, Robby mentioned a dealer vehicle that might be available. Needless to say it had everything I wanted including the tow package. I also managed to get a great deal and also use the GM Rewards and Costco Auto Program benefit to defray some expanse. I hope to visit them in the future for service and will review at that time. All in all, great experience-no pressure, knowledgeable staff. Would recommend Robby and Colonial - West to everyone looking. More

I originally went to colonial West Chevrolet for parts n service. Outstanding staff there so I purchased a new 2025 Silverado there. The general sales manager Geno Neagle was friendly,easy to work with,no p service. Outstanding staff there so I purchased a new 2025 Silverado there. The general sales manager Geno Neagle was friendly,easy to work with,no pressure. And very accommodating and understanding. He gave me a great trade in price towards my new Silverado. There was a minor incident involving a tire m rim before I traded my used Silverado in and he fixed everything. No questions asked. The customer service level here is so great I came 4.5 hours from Western Maine to purchase here. They call Geno Neagle " The Car Guy" . I call him the "Truck Guy". Keep up the outstanding work that you do. More

If your looking for a sales man, reach out to Rob. He wasn't pushy and the whole process went smoothe. Sat November 2 I came into parts to order a mirror for my Silverado. To my surprise they had it in stock. The parts guy,sorry did not get you name was so friendly n helpful. He put it aside for me. I then went to service and Chris was able to schedule the repair that day as well. He was super friendly n knowledgeable. I paid for my mirror and installation with Pam. What a great employee. Do not lose this one. I was so overcome with how easy it was and how friendly everyone was. On a Saturday!!. Well so impressed by the employees I went to sales. They gave me a trade in value for my 2021 Silverado. I'm hoping no one purchases the 2025 I want. Rob was fantastic. Quick efficient, n again friendly. What's in the water! Thank you so much.
