Lack of communication when car is being serviced. It has taken 5 months to fix. I picked it up twice when they said it was fixed only to get home and realize it was not fixed. Dropped car off on a We It has taken 5 months to fix. I picked it up twice when they said it was fixed only to get home and realize it was not fixed. Dropped car off on a Wednesday they failed to call and tell me person who is fixing was out sick. Promised me the next day it would be done. The next day they did not return my calls. Friday finally told it was done. Got home- it was still broken! I have had numerous bad experiences with this service center. Billy was obnoxious and rude and yelled at me when i got angry after being told my car was fixed for the second time only to realize it wasn’t. He would not respond when i asked why didn’t they return my calls for two days! More

Took 5 months and several trips to the dealership, letters to jeep company, several unreturned phone calls to the service manager, and fronting money to rent a car through enterprise to get my 2023 je letters to jeep company, several unreturned phone calls to the service manager, and fronting money to rent a car through enterprise to get my 2023 jeep wrangler 4xe fixed so the electric function can work. Worst experience I’ve ever had after buying new car and trying to get it working properly. The car still had less than 10k miles. More

When I leased my car four years ago through Jonathan Martinez it was an amazing experience! Comment for Cory Taylor- When I was buying out my Jeep, Cory was unprofessional and made a happy occasion a very negative experience which made me feel very uncomfortable. I believe Cory was upset because he was not making any commission for my loan as the interest rate that he offered was outrageous. He also got annoyed when I would ask any questions and when I found a mistake in the paperwork, which he had to do. If I had a choice I would've walked out and not purchased the car. I will not be buying another car through this Dealer ever again. More
