Repaired my 3rd row head rest so that it functions perfectly now. Repair was accomplished same-day, and when I couldn’t get to the Service shop in time before closing Matthew offered to drive it over perfectly now. Repair was accomplished same-day, and when I couldn’t get to the Service shop in time before closing Matthew offered to drive it over to the showroom parking lot and give the keys to the sales office.
