Recall Service Appointment: didn't have part. I received a recall notice and made an appointment for this repair. After they had the car they notified me that they didn't have the part and would I received a recall notice and made an appointment for this repair. After they had the car they notified me that they didn't have the part and would need to order it in. Needed to leave car for an extra day. I would have preferred to give this feedback directly to the Service Center Manager, as he texted with a direct number to call, but received AI responses. More
