Ran through all the electronics in the vehicle, help set up the infotainment system and made sure eve was there to answer any questions that came up. I had an excellent experience on Saturday, January 31st. I was unable to do my oil change on Friday, and was leaking some oil, so I sought an alternative place for an oil-change / check-up. You just kind of sit there wishing for someone to come through the door. A video board telling you the stage your car is in for minor work (oil, rotation, etc.) would be very helpful. The waiting area was nicely stocked with drinks and snacks although I did not have any. More
