Good experience all around, helpful, knowledgeable, and was there to answer any questions that came up. Ran through all the electronics in the vehicle, help set up the infotainment system and made sure eve was there to answer any questions that came up. You just kind of sit there wishing for someone to come through the door. A video board telling you the stage your car is in for minor work (oil, rotation, etc.) would be very helpful. The waiting area was nicely stocked with drinks and snacks although I did not have any. More
