Even though the truck was only seven years old with 80,000 miles on it. Chrysler /Ram replacement would cost me $14,000. Although it did take a little while, with no loaner vehicle available - Mike was very forthright and forthcoming with all the costs and what the problems were.. i’m overall very pleased with the service and would recommend Executive Ram/Jeep to anyone buying a vehicle or getting one repaired.
