Working with Mark and Tyler was awesome and the process was seamless and a pleasant experience. I brought the car back after the purchase for two blemishes that we spotted when we picked the car up and was was seamless and a pleasant experience. Easy to schedule. Nice enough staff. Good communication post service with the video they provide from the mechanics summarizing the work. I wish they had communicati Nice enough staff. Good communication post service with the video they provide from the mechanics summarizing the work. I wish they had communication during the service as I was waiting during my oil change and it took 1.5hrs (got there at 730am). You just kind of sit there wishing for someone to come through the door. A video board telling you the stage your car is in for minor work (oil, rotation, etc.) would be very helpful. The waiting area was nicely stocked with drinks and snacks although I did not have any. More
