VW of Downtown Chicago is a modern marvel. The sales staff could not have been more helpful and understanding. The service department is phenomenal and very knowledgeable. I've had consistently great experiences with the service department at this dealership. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the sales department. My experience with them has been frustrating and department at this dealership. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the sales department. My experience with them has been frustrating and disappointing, with a complete lack of communication and follow-through. Getting a response from the team is a challenge, and when they do respond, it often feels dismissive and unhelpful. It’s a shame because the dealership has a great service team, but the sales side leaves a lot to be desired. More
