Jason has the emotional stability of a hormonal teenager, which once resulted in about 15 back-to-back phone calls, without as much as a message as to who was calling. When I finally picked up his temper exploded. He's really not fit to be in a customer facing roll. Mike, on the other hand is simply a self serving, spineless, liar. He'll muster up just enough credibility to get you to agree to to a deal, only to obfuscate the actual terms, or flat out lie. It's likely they submitted a falsified loan application on my behalf. Just run from this dealership- there are plenty of other places to buy a VW that won't end with attempted intimidation, threats, and costly unfulfilled promises. More
