That wasn't easy in my case - I was upside down on the loan for my trade in, purchasi This dealership wanted to "make it right" per Michael Zafirious. That wasn't easy in my case - I was upside down on the loan for my trade in, purchasing a 2009 model that was hard to finance and showed up on a busy holiday weekend. It took several visits to figure out the financing and, in the meantime, we realized the car had a broken driver side mirror and needed some TLC detailing. The service team was easy to work with and my sales team covered the services so now I am a very happy owner. I expect to continue working with downtown VW for service going forward. More

Great Service Center, terrible sales and sales manager Bill, the service manager, was great to work with. He’s very carrying and polite and was focused on making our experience to Volkswangen’s standards. Bill, the service manager, was great to work with. He’s very carrying and polite and was focused on making our experience to Volkswangen’s standards. We’ve been a VW family for over 30 years and enjoy the vehicles they offer. On the flip side of that, our sales experience was the worst that we’ve received in some time. The sale of a car that has pervious damage was sold to us with out disclosure of the repairs. Unfortunately, the repairs were not done to new car standards and required additional work. We didn’t come to this dealer to be taken and at this point, we’ll never purchase a vehicle from them again. It’s too bad as this dealer is close to our home and is very convenient. Unless something is done, our minds will not be changed and we’ll be sure to steer any of our friends or acquaintances away. More
