I arrived 10 minutes early for a noon appointment for a routine oil change After waiting 2 hours I requested to speak to my service manager When I asked what was taking so much time he told me that 2 h routine oil change After waiting 2 hours I requested to speak to my service manager When I asked what was taking so much time he told me that 2 hours is normal for an oil change with an appointment Without an appointment it is 3 to 4 hours I was not told that up front and anticipated no more than an hour I feel that your schedule department needs to be informative to their customers I purchased my last 3 vehicles from your facility and have not had such poor communication in the past More
