Hello Nat. I would really like to hear who you left voicemails with. All payoffs are set up to be completed within 20 days of purchase to allow time for the new purchase to fund. I really would like to look into your concern better. Leaving multiple voicemails with no returned call is simply just not acceptable. I am the GM and I really want to be able to figure this out. If you can please call or text me on my cell phone with your full name and with the person you were leaving voicemails, I would really appreciate the opportunity to look into this.
