I do my service business with DeHaven because they are friendly, accommodating, helpful, and welcoming from the time I walk in the door, till the time I leave. The service is done professionally and alw friendly, accommodating, helpful, and welcoming from the time I walk in the door, till the time I leave. The service is done professionally and always on time. I want to thank the tech., Charlie Brown. Excellanr job. Also Mallory Lawrence, the service wrighter. Very polite and accommodating. She was eating lunch, and stopped to take care of me. I was very impressed. I ask her not to interrupt her lunch. She insisted on helping me first. Thank you again Mallory! I tell my friends to go to DeHaven. I've bought 3 cars, truck from them in the past. I would do the same again, if I wanted a vehicle. I also participate in their car show in the late summer. Expressed concerns about the Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor and Vacuum pump on my 2018 Malibu as they are prone to fail and the employee explained that without a check engine light or the codes GM won't Sensor and Vacuum pump on my 2018 Malibu as they are prone to fail and the employee explained that without a check engine light or the codes GM won't approve the repair/s that's all fine and dandy as that's what I expected, said employee then said to "beat on it" to get the check engine light or code to come back which is absolutely horrendous advice when the Vacuum pumps are known to shrapnel metal inside of the engine when they fail due to a bad design by GM More

I was recently made aware DeHaven offered vehicle detailing and dent removal. My car was done in one day and I was very impressed with the results, especially given the very competitive price.
