Scheduled on line for oil change & battery replacement received appointment confirmation of oil change battery for my corvette. When returned to pick up corvette only battery changed asked about oil cha received appointment confirmation of oil change battery for my corvette. Not what a loyal GM customer expects Service dept has fallen and I will use other Chevy dealers currently use Cadillac service for my other vehicle and no issues with Cadillac dealer service More
