That place is a mess I have taken my cars to many different dealers but Downtown Chicago is really chaotic. Executed service was fine but place is not well organized and I have taken my cars to many different dealers but Downtown Chicago is really chaotic. Executed service was fine but place is not well organized and simple services like an oil change (10k milies service) take up to 3 hours. It's unacceptable. I will try another VW service center next time. More
