I came in for an oil change. During the inspection, I was told I needed a brake fluid flush, I wss shown a video of the problem but vehicle shown in video was not my car. Fair I took my truck so they could fix the noise that makes when making a turn and complaint of tires loosing all the air in couple seconds. I was told that the noise was normal and I needed new tires wh makes when making a turn and complaint of tires loosing all the air in couple seconds. I was told that the noise was normal and I needed new tires when the truck is 1 year old!. The cap for the charger it always indicates is open when is not. Nothing was fixed, I found out later that the noise the truck makes it's not normal and there is actually a recall on it. The cap for the charger was not fixed. I had to take the truck to an actual tire shop after picking up the truck from the dealer right away because the air on the tire deflated a block away. The tire shop said that tires needed to be sealed around so it will not happen again, something that your dealer didn't do. The truck was returned dirty with oil stains, didn't bother to charge it. I rerun your loaner car cleaned with a tank full of gas. It is really frustrating to be told the truck needs a lot of work when it's barely a year old and you guys found a way around not to fix it under warranty ! More
