After talking to my brother, he said that means whoever was changing the oil stripped the threads. The only place I have taken my car for an oil change since I bought it is Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake, IL. They should be the ones that pay to replace the oil pan, not me. They are the ones that stripped the threads, not me. They are responsible for this. More

Horrible customer service and workmenship, regardless of countless requests to have service manager call me asap, I still have heard nothing but crickets. Multiple attempts to reach LIZ (service manager) a countless requests to have service manager call me asap, I still have heard nothing but crickets. Multiple attempts to reach LIZ (service manager) and yet she chooses to ignore failed services which took three times to complete a simple oil change on a suv. Not for schedule reasons, but because of failed quality assurance protocols. Twice vehicle was leaking oil, once from the filter they put on, next from oil cap not put on correctly and oil exploded under the hood. The only person I have respect for at this time is Luis, who was the service writer, whom tried to appease the situation. Again, horrid service department, there was more to the story that went wrong and how we were left hanging with no vehicle and no updates by close of business. If this company really stands behind their service dept, then an owner or district manager should reach out to me More
