I was traveling on vacation and my transmission failed. I took the truck to the local Chevrolet dealer, and they quoted me almost $12,000 to replace the transmission. I called Ray Chevrolet and talked to Kyle who I have worked with for the past several years. He was wonderful and quoted me a price that was about $5,000 less that the quote I received from the dealer in Wisconsin. He worked with me to get the truck towed to Ray dealership. The truck was fixed and ready in two days. I can't tell how much I appreciate the work Kyle did for me. I also appreciate the way the problem was handled by the dealership in having my truck ready in a few days. I highly recommend Ray Chevrolet for the extraordinary helpfulness and service in this matter and my dealings with them over the past 12 years. More
