Overall, it was good. However, they told me I would have to get a new oil pan at my next oil change because threads were worn. After talking to my brother, he said that However, they told me I would have to get a new oil pan at my next oil change because threads were worn. After talking to my brother, he said that means whoever was changing the oil stripped the threads. The only place I have taken my car for an oil change since I bought it is Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake, IL. They should be the ones that pay to replace the oil pan, not me. They are the ones that stripped the threads, not me. They are responsible for this. More

Went in for my oil change & service appointment for the summer on a recent Friday morning. It was crowded but I still was able to get in & out in a decent amount of time.
