Best service I have been a customer of Ray's since Bohmer chevy closed it's doors. Was not sure where to go and heard only good things about Ray's. Kyle Miller has been my go to service advisor. He has always gone the extra mile for me and for that I am truly happy. Would never go anywhere else. Thank you Kyle for all you do More

Making good out of bad Long story short, hit a few snags in the process of buying a vehicle, but everyone at the dealership worked extremely hard to remedy the situation. They definitely went above and beyond what should be expected from a dealership. Very professional staff and a pleasure to work with. *Piece of advise for out of state buyers, make sure you have all of the paperwork for financing finished, have the paperwork sent out to the bank, and have the funding sent to the dealership from the bank prior to making the trip to pick up a vehicle. This was a big learning experience for me, but the folks over at Ray Chevy will take good care of you. More

2011 Chevy Malibu Alternator To begin I have lived in Fox Lake area for over 10 years!! in the 10 years I have live in this area I purchased 2008 Chevy Impala, 2010 Traverse, 2011 To begin I have lived in Fox Lake area for over 10 years!! in the 10 years I have live in this area I purchased 2008 Chevy Impala, 2010 Traverse, 2011 Malibu, and 2013 Equinox from Ray Now our daughter is purchasing her first car and of course only place to go is Ray Chevrolet!! Here was our Dilemma: October of 2016 our 2011 Chevy Malibu was driving "funny" I would press the gas pedal, RPM would increase but i am not moving no more than 20 MPH. I was able to drive it home and i immediately call GM/Chevy (warranty department) I explained the problem to their customer service over the phone gave me assistance on Diagnostic voucher. I was able to get in for an appointment right away. The service team at Ray Chevy Kyle Miller, Liz, and Brian A. were very helpful most of all very understanding of my situation. To make a long story short the Alternator on the Malibu has to be rebuild with over $2,000.00 cost I express how this is putting me on a bind and need a vehicle to commute to work. Kyle has been in direct contact with me during the diagnostic process what the issue was unfortunately it was the alternator. Elizabeth has gone above and beyond her powers to make me feel better and assure our vehicle is in good hands. My 2011 Malibu is being repaired with partial assistance with GM loyalty customer and Ray Chevrolet is WON me over!! this whole process has been stressful and sleepless night now I am HAPPY to say our vehicle will be fixed.
