All the staff are always friendly and willing to help in any way. JR is always there to listen to my concerns. I appreciate all the mechanics and the ladies at all the help desk. I really enjoy the professionalism of the entire staff. I purchased my SUV from here and now I’m looking for a new one. The finance guy talked too much and didn’t seem to care about what I could “afford”. He added on the 7 year extra warranty and my payment went to $700. I told him I couldn’t afford that and he just blew about what I could “afford”. He added on the 7 year extra warranty and my payment went to $700. I told him I couldn’t afford that and he just blew me off. I wanted to take the $10,000 warranty off it would have made my payment $455 but he wouldn’t listen to me! I was so mad when I left. More
