Chris was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. He even went above expectations by seeing that a pinstripe was removed by the shop so that our CRV fit my "dream car" wish list (alll entire process. I explained to him that I didn't get that good feeling at these other dealerships, and he said to come talk to him and that he would take care of us. And he did! Even though I wasn't planning on buying that day, I did. I felt like he really wanted to make sure we were satisfied, and we were. We purchased the White Honda Ridgeline off the showroom floor.
