Sean, Emmanuel & Mike Craig were my sales professionals and direct contacts throughout the process, I was treated with respect, I was heard (which is, still in 2026, not always the case for a woman shopping alone for a vehicle). Thank you all for making my purchase experience perfect. I will definitely be referring your dealership to all my friends. The morning after my purchase there was a recall for the inflation kit in my car. They not only were very expedient in notifying me to make arrangements for the repair, they also made it most convenient for me. I live a considerable distance from the dealership and it was proving difficult for me to have the time to come in for the repair. Mike and Sami (from the service department), picked my car up from my house, took it to the dealership, made the repairs and returned it to my home. I was in the hospital while this took place so I actually never even knew it was gone, except for Mike's conversations with me about the entire process. Sami made himself very available for any questions or issues I might have during or after the repairs by sending me his personal cell number. Overall ratings for Shottenkirk Honda, a definite 10+. Thanks to all who were involved in my purchase and follow ups. I will absolutely recommend Shottenkirk Honda in the future and you will have my repeat business.
