I called the service department about 7:30 Monday morning to arrange for the purchase of a new set of tires. I got the car there about 9:30. The service advisor said it would be ready in about two hours. to arrange for the purchase of a new set of tires. I got the car there about 9:30. The service advisor said it would be ready in about two hours. At 11:00 he texted me that the car was ready for pickup. I don’t see how they could have made this go better. They usually do a free 30 point inspection when I come in for scheduled maintenance, but not for this type service. I told the service advisor I would be leaving next week on a 3,000 car trip and he had them do this inspection, at no charge, for my piece of mind. Plus they matched the tire price of a local competitor. The service department is the reason I keep buying Hondas. More

I purchased my car from this Dealer ship when it belonged to somebody else. Fortunately, the staff did not make much of a change. Every service person I have worked with has been wonderful. It is super important to me to go to them for all scheduled maintenance. That’s how I make my car’s last a minimum of 10 years. More
