My first experience with Stateline was fantastic. It as quick and efficient. Nice waiting area, first engine check, oil change, and tire rotation was FREE! I was pleasantly surprised!!!! Easy tire replaced and warranty wheel stud replace. I dropped the car off that night and I had it back by the end of the next day. This was done real fast and I have no complaints. Diagnosis of battery light This service station charges so much for labor! I paid 335 essentially to get 4 wires taped. The man at the service desk is condescending, rude, and always charges me more than he says on the phone. Very frustrated with this new service representative and I will likely be getting service done at an alternative Subaru dealership. More

Good people, bad service. Everybody who have worked with that this dealership is way nicer then you would expect, they're very informative and they're very helpful. The actual Everybody who have worked with that this dealership is way nicer then you would expect, they're very informative and they're very helpful. The actual service from the mechanics sucks. I spent almost $1,300 over for visits within the course of a week and a half. Half of that was trying to fix one problem. It took themthree visits to figure out that I had a misfire, the first two times they thought it was an ABS sensor I had that replace for $400 total. And then I went back a third time because the problem was still there, and they told me I had a misfire. More
