Ignored at the counter Arrived for appt., 2 guys are both on their computers, one said hold on a sec am just finishing something, and he continued to type and shuffle papers Arrived for appt., 2 guys are both on their computers, one said hold on a sec am just finishing something, and he continued to type and shuffle papers and I waited and he typed and I waited and the other guy was on his computer and this went on and on for an embarrassing amount of time. I FINALLY was helped, another person came in and was immediately serviced by the other fellow on the computer. I felt like dirt and will never be bringing my car back there. More

Although everyone is very nice, I was very disappointed that I was very disappointed that after only 22,000 miles I already need new tires and new windshield wipers. Also, not really a big deal but they forgot I was very disappointed that after only 22,000 miles I already need new tires and new windshield wipers. Tire issue My low tire light came on and I stopped at the dealership after 3:30 pm on a Friday.
