Brian went above and beyond in resolving my problem. Even prior to bringing the issue (a handicap placard that had apparently vanished behind a flap at the top of the glove compartment) to a service tec Even prior to bringing the issue (a handicap placard that had apparently vanished behind a flap at the top of the glove compartment) to a service tech, Brian further searched the passenger area and found the placard tucked under the front passenger seat where it had slipped. His actions saved me untold hours of labor and frustration, never mind money . Well done, Brian! More

I was aware of dashboard notices that I did not know what to do with. A stop at the dealership and the quick response from the customer service folks, helped identify a bigger problem.
