Hyundai number 2 We returned to Family Hyundai 7 years after purchasing our first Hyundai (an Elantra) and where very pleased to be able to work with Kristi again. Our second experience was as excellent as our first and our growing family is please with our Tuscan addition. Hope to see Kristi again in 3 years or so, when the Elantra is put out to pasture. More

Wonderful experience! Our salesperson, Kristy, was phenomenal. She was friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and made an experience that I would usually dread so easy Our salesperson, Kristy, was phenomenal. We have a special needs child and she went out of her way to make sure the experience was great for him as well, which was awesome! We left their feeling more like she was a member of our family than a salesperson and we got a great deal on our vehicle too. Also, everyone else we encountered during our visit was great too! More

OUTSTANDING SERVICE My son brought in his car in desperate need of service. Erik the assistant service manager had all the issues checked and evaluated in a timely manner My son brought in his car in desperate need of service. Erik the assistant service manager had all the issues checked and evaluated in a timely manner, and was very thoughtful by providing a new loaner vehicle free of charge for my son to drive while his vehicle was being serviced. When the vehicle was repaired Erik gave us a great deal on the parts and service with one of the 4 tires free. Thank you Erik and Michael for providing outstanding service, and taking care of my son's car. You are the shop that really cares, and goes the extra mile........ More

The name matches their service Every time I go in for service I feel like I'm apart of the family. The way they greet you coming in all the way until you leave with your issue resol Every time I go in for service I feel like I'm apart of the family.
