Dealership was attentive to my needs, but the overall customer satisfaction experience wasn’t what I felt it should be. I had mentioned my dissatisfaction on the company voice mail, and received no fo customer satisfaction experience wasn’t what I felt it should be. I had mentioned my dissatisfaction on the company voice mail, and received no follow up callback. I brought my vehicle back due to poor workmanship of the installation and symptoms of the initial reason I brought the vehicle in within 2 weeks. The follow up was not timely initially but did get better after a few in person visits. Satisfaction rating would be below average . More
