I was handed off to another representative. Upon picking up the vehicle my representative was away from his desk for a considerable time. Finally the initial representative assigned to me attempted to answer my questions and could not. So I waited again. Even though I had an appointment and was second in line. The assigned representative seemed to have limited knowledge and poor work ethic which affected the entire experience and team. More
