I scheduled a quick 2 yr service with only 13,000 miles. I had stated that I planned to wait for my vehicle. I was switched to an all day apt to cover recalls with NO loaner despite this being my work vehi I had stated that I planned to wait for my vehicle. I was switched to an all day apt to cover recalls with NO loaner despite this being my work vehicle. Despite no loaner and having my car ALL day due to recalls, they didn’t even bother to wash or charge my iD4. When picking up my vehicle, I had to ask what work was done. The service person didn’t really know and even suggested that this vehicle needed new brakes! I have had nothing but problems with VW. My previous “repair on 1 yr car” took 5 months which they then blamed on me!!! If you need to contact corporate you cannot. Even service department cannot contact corporate. Run from VW brand! More

Let’s start with the phone call to dealership was told to come cause the code was important and if I have time to wait will help me with my car ! ASAP driving in was directed and greater wrote up my concerns come cause the code was important and if I have time to wait will help me with my car ! ASAP driving in was directed and greater wrote up my concerns regarding my vehicle being service Sean came over took charge asking if I had time to wait very politely waited for 30 Minutes to be delivered the car directly from Lucas Technician saying that code was only for the low grade fuel been using soo recommended that start using Middle Grade only that was all and Sean said there’s no charge also said they added fuel injectors cleaner for free too! Amazing customer service thank you too all service and sales managers very friendly customer support team also there’s wi-fi , Coffee ,tea ,ho chocolate,cold fresh water , cable tv couches soo comfortable and clean enough to eat without having too much trouble must come get you new car or service and parts department has everything in stock too! 5stars More
