Andres continued this tradition by not only being incredibly knowledgeable and patient during the sales process but also going above and beyond by helping me set up my new car and walking me through all its features after the purchase. I also can’t forget the amazing Erin in Finance. She took the time to explain every little change and didn’t make me feel terrible for wanting the AWD model at the last minute (shout out to all the folks that made that swap happen!). Dirito Brothers scammed me into buying a total lemon. Two full diagnostic reports later, and my used VW needs a new engine. I’ve owned the vehicle for 3 months and put less than 1,500 miles on it. All of Two full diagnostic reports later, and my used VW needs a new engine. I’ve owned the vehicle for 3 months and put less than 1,500 miles on it. All of these issues were pre existing, and it’s made this car entirely unsafe to drive. A basic pre inspection would not find these things, and they showed me a clean maintenance history. They even claimed it had an oil change before purchase, and 1,500 miles later, the oil is totally burnt out. They let me drive off the lot in a car facing catastrophic engine failure…timing chain over extended, leaking oil, carbon build up everywhere, ripped boots, failed spark plugs and coils, etc. The ABS system is even failing! Alignment issues, etc. The reason I came to a dealer is to purchase a used vehicle with trust and confidence. They let me drive off the lot in an unsafe vehicle despite “standing behind all their cars.” It’s just unacceptable. They sold me a used vehicle in bad faith, knowing full well this was a lemon. More

They didnt perform all on the recommended service. I have a defective moonroof but they didnt even open it to check or recommend a fix. I have a detached splash guard that they didnt even notice.
