The repair was done great. But they won't give you a break down of parts and labor so you don't really get the chance to price around for the best deal. Also said it was a 2 day fix but kept my car for 15 days and kept pushing back the repair date. Total repair should have only been about 6 hours. More

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a certain car. First dealership/ Volkswagen I have ever used/owned and it’s completely useless. My recommendation to others is don’t get a Volkswagen and don’t ever use their dealership services. I have gone in several times to figure out what the root of the problem is for my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta and to no hope or light in sight it’s still a problem. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. You guys have seriously put a sour taste in my mouth along with a decent size debt. I will never buy another Volkswagen. Ever. Thanks. More

I’m usually dread going to car dealerships. I feel comfortable and welcome here though. The staff treats you as a person one not just a potential commission. Asked to find why not starting. Previous mechanic elsewhere replaced everything needed to start it.Took my new battery, Did not return it to me.Put their Battery in, still doesn’t s Previous mechanic elsewhere replaced everything needed to start it.Took my new battery, Did not return it to me.Put their Battery in, still doesn’t start. $500. $300 to look at it, $200 for a new battery I did not need, without returning the old battery. Now wants me to have it towed again and pay another inspection fee. Like bait and switch. they didn’t bother to find the real reason it wasn’t starting in the first visit. Told me they don’t “work for free” I should have said I don’t “pay money for free”. Bad business More
