Omar was proactive in his response to my online inquiry and despite an extremely busy day setup my test drive with minimal effort on my part. When a vehicle I was originally planning to buy sold, we ended and despite an extremely busy day setup my test drive with minimal effort on my part. When a vehicle I was originally planning to buy sold, we ended up with the exact vehicle I'd ideally sought to purchase. Omar, Michael and the team impressed me with gracious professionalism, pro-active approach to incentives and an effective purchase approach, including coffee hospitality and office support in charging my phone. Subsequently I appreciated Benjiman from Service reaching out with a thank you and invitation for any follow-ups. Due to unforeseen circumstances my pickup of the vehicle was not ideal, however through his pro-active initiative to delight a customer, Joe Black initiated and ensured a positive experience. God willing, Joe will be selling us an ID.Buzz at the earliest opportunity. Our new ID.4 is amazing! Didnt return my registration or 2nd key. I bought a used jeep and traded in a 2016 4runner. They said theyd take care of financing. Once i got it home they wanted money down witch they knew i I bought a used jeep and traded in a 2016 4runner. They said theyd take care of financing. Once i got it home they wanted money down witch they knew i didnt have. I was out of state for family emergency when they returned my vehicle and took jeep back. When i returned i realized they hadnt brought my registration or 2nd key. I have been calling for 2 weeks and still havnt received registration or key. This is a joke. If i get pulked over w/o registration i will be in all linds of trouble. Cant even drive my vehicle. This company should be ashamed. More
