Our salesman Nick was amazing. He helped us find the perfect vehicle and we absolutely had a great experience with him. Dealing with the sales managers, one of them was extremely r He helped us find the perfect vehicle and we absolutely had a great experience with him. Dealing with the sales managers, one of them was extremely rude. The other one was helpful when it came to an issue we had with the vehicle and getting the issue resolved, but then the service department was horrible. They were very rude not very helpful. It was really hard to schedule the appointment. It actually makes me not want to buy another vehicle there but again the salesman was great. It was just everything else was very discouraging especially when buying a car should be a good experience. I did not feel our experience was completely a good one. More

I had a bad experience at another dealership earlier in the day and left there very upset,so then I went to Granite Hyundai a sale's person welcome me I told her what I was looking for she asked for a very the day and left there very upset,so then I went to Granite Hyundai a sale's person welcome me I told her what I was looking for she asked for a very little info,then her manager can I explained to him what my experience at the other dealership was like ,he then told me he would get everything together for to review, once he was done putting a deal together for me.He got me to where I needed to be and most importantly he saved me a lot of money ,my son is a GM @ a dealership in fla.he look at the deal and told that the manager was being more than fair More

This is my 2nd time leasing from Granite. Usually I get very good service but this time I waited 2 hours for an oil change, complimentary due to my lease. They even forgot I was there and had Usually I get very good service but this time I waited 2 hours for an oil change, complimentary due to my lease. They even forgot I was there and had little to no answer when I asked how long it’d be. Turns out they didn’t screw the cap of my oil tank correctly and the car leaked oil the whole next day! I had to go pay out of pocket for an oil change while out of town. It took 5 days for them to finally answer the phone, and I’m still waiting on reimbursement. Highly disappointed. More
