Good Afternoon Ms. Orton and Thank you for taking the time in completing this Survey for Suttle Service. You are absolutely correct, we should have been more effective at communicating with you concerning your 24 Sierra 2500. Concerning this repair procedure, we were following General Motors Guidelines and had constant communication with the GM Technical Assistance Center in determining the Cause of the concern. After discovery, the needed Parts were indeed on a National Backorder. I have verified that we did provide a Rental Vehicle during this process, but as I understand it, you were needing an 8 Foot Bed on your Rental Truck and one was not available. Again, I sincerely apologize that Suttle Service let you down and we have noted this in your customer file. We do hope your new Sierra 2500 will be more reliable for you. Jim
