Told them that I was gonna go on a road trip and if they would give me a once over before I hit the road. They did so and set my mind at ease. I hit the road with a confidence that great mechanics said that the car was in great working order and there were no problems. .They do great work with a smile, and when they can with their great deals and service coupons give you a break. A great value at regular price but with a coupon you absolutely can’t go wrong. I recommend you take full advantage of, — More valuable than Money to me peace of mind to start off my Christmas road trip priceless. Again, I say clone them. More

Probably the worse service department I’ve ever dealt with. My grandmother worked for Archer for 50 plus years and did nothing but say great things about them so I trusted them with the purchase of my 24 with. My grandmother worked for Archer for 50 plus years and did nothing but say great things about them so I trusted them with the purchase of my 24 Tiguan. The first time it was in the shop I was told it would be a couple weeks. That turned into 2.5 months with little updates and no return calls after calling to check on the progress. I go to pick up the car and they had scratched my bumper and my floor mats were missing. Was told to bring it back and they would have the bumper painted and it would be a max 2-3 days. That experience turned into 2.5 weeks. Then I try to get a tire fixed and my wheel key is missing out of my glove box (which I have never used). The first time it was in the shop I had them look at the tire, among other things, because it was leaking air and they told me there was nothing in it and that the tire pressure just needed to be reset. Here we are months later and still leaking. I was told I had to bring it back to there shop to buy a new set of locks to get it fixed. Once everything was done the car dash rattles and is very annoying but I will deal with if before I take it back to them again. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone! More

I brought my 2017 Golf R in a couple of months ago for a few issues that affected the drive ability of the car. Jin was my service provider who helped me through the process of diagnosing and fixing the pro few issues that affected the drive ability of the car. Jin was my service provider who helped me through the process of diagnosing and fixing the problem (s). Through it all, he was very polite, communicative and reasonable. I know very little about cars and he was very patient in his explanation of what the issues were and what needed to be done. He worked with me on the pricing which I really appreciated. I never felt like I was disrespected nor being taken advantage of because I was a female. For several years prior to this last visit, I was getting my service and maintenance done at a dealership that was 20 miles away because I didn’t care for the vibe I got at Archer (this was my second Golf that I got from Archer so I had been dealing with them for years prior). I think the only reason I kept coming back prior to taking my business elsewhere was because I had a good rapport with the service manager at the time. However, after he retired, I decided to go out of my way to get service from another VW dealership that was 30 minutes away despite Archer being 5 minutes from my house! But because my car had a major issue a couple of miles from Archer, I had it towed there for convenience sake. I’m just thankful that Jin was the one I dealt with because it made a difficult situation much more bearable. I will go back to Archer now on the strength of the service I got from Jin! I highly recommend him to anyone considering getting service from Archer VW. More

Rating this last visit alone, disappointed is the word I would choose to sum it up. I brought my car in under warranty to have the SOS fixed. What should have taken one day to fix took several days for a response from anyone at Archer. After 3 or 4 days there I was informed we had to wait on an authorization on parts. Dissatisfied with that response I took my car to another VW dealership for a second opinion. My car was fixed the same day. Verbatim from my repair order detail “duplicated concern , performed reset by removing fuse for OCU module. Let vehicle sit for 15 minutes without fuse. Reinstalled fuse and performed software configuration for emergency/OCU module and green light came on.” More

His experience, insight, and honesty made this entire process a major plus. One test drive was all it took! I drove off the lot in the perfect car for me. I’m incredibly excited to start my journey with my new Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport. This was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
