Our salesman, James Caprile was exceptional! We had had some horrible dealership experiences at Kia and Honda, but he made us feel at ease. Friendly from the moment I walked into the door. I was greeted immediately and asked what brought me in for the day. I was offered water and coffee after being escorted to the area where the cars were that I was interested in. The facility was clean and open. Initially I was looking for the VW ATLAS and Connor quickly asked more questions to find out what I was looking for in a car and redirected me to the Taos and Tiguan. I test drove one of the vehicles and loved it right away. After returning to the dealership, he went over some numbers with me prior to running a credit check. I left with a good feeling that I would be purchasing a car from there within the following week. Connor followed up with me the very next day which I appreciated because it was just the boost I needed to help close the sale. More
