Well, normally I give excellent ratings. However, we had a due bill for a home link mirror. After weeks of communicating with our sales person on this item, he finally told us he is off unti However, we had a due bill for a home link mirror. After weeks of communicating with our sales person on this item, he finally told us he is off until October and to contact someone else at the dealership for assistance. This is after blowing us off the entire third week. I went to the dealership and the gentleman that handles this (Don) had no idea it was owed to us. After sitting with him for a few minutes I finally walked out with the mirror. How could I take care of this in a matter of minutes but my salesperson nothing for three solid weeks of inquiries? With regards to this survey, I feel like our sales guy snatched defeat from the arms of victory on this issue. Hence the poor rating.
