I had my selection narrowed down to two vehicles and called before driving 2 hrs to make sure they had them on the lot. When I arrived, the sales person said that one of them had sold and had already le called before driving 2 hrs to make sure they had them on the lot. When I arrived, the sales person said that one of them had sold and had already left the lot. This was highly disappointing since one was a large SUV and the other was a smaller SUV. Since I'd driven 2 hrs and was going to get one of them regardless, I decided to move on with the purchase of the larger SUV. To say that this company is unethical would only be more of a compliment than anything else. I definitely won't be doing business with them nor any of their other branches as well. This is highly disappointing on many levels and leaves one to wonder just what else they would lie to you about. Just FYI, I called the next morning and they said I could test drive the vehicle that was supposedly sold the night before, (The one that had LEFT THE LOT ALREADY ) that day and as of today (2/2/26), its still on the lot unsold. If I were the manager, I would be asking why the test drive wasn't offered and why the sales person decided to sell the cheaper vehicle. More

We are deeply and abidingly dissatisfied with Corwin. We purchased a used vehicle from the CO Springs Toyota dealership in Nov/24 with confidence the car would be in good working order. Within a month and less than 400 miles driven we have had to repair/replace both control arm bushings, a leaking oil trap assembly, a faulty supercharger, and a cracked catalytic converter, to the tune of over $9K. They also provided a key remote without the mechanical key, and sent me away from the dealership at time of purchase with less than 50 miles worth of gas in the tank, and an almost-empty washer fluid reservoir. Turned out to be a lot of lying and misleading going on with the financial negotiations. I drastically overpaid because of this. Not typical negotiating tactics.. for example, I was told by the floor sales with the financial negotiations. I drastically overpaid because of this. Not typical negotiating tactics.. for example, I was told by the floor salesman that the lowest rate they could get me was 13%, from the lender I'd already had pre-approval from at 9.9%. I agreed to the lowest price I could argue on that basis, only to find out after signing that the actual rate I was financing for was 8.6%. That would've been a monthly payment (after down-payment) of $670. Instead. I am paying $834/mo. That is clearly dishonest negotiating and if I didn't love the car so much I'd be fighting the agreement. Instead I'll just make sure nobody I know shops at Corwin More
