I was an out of state buyer and appreciate that Corwin gave me the opportunity to purchase a car from them. Unfortunately, communication was very poor from the start and from the time I purchased the car gave me the opportunity to purchase a car from them. Unfortunately, communication was very poor from the start and from the time I purchased the car there was seemingly no urgency to update me on the status or actually get it to me. Additionally, I waited a full day for the out the door price request and when I finally heard back, there was “someone else looking at it” and I had to immediately place a deposit down to secure it. From the time of funding, it took two weeks to get my car on a truck to be shipped to me. Ultimately, albeit lat, the car did arrive in the condition expected. JR who was in charge of shipping was the one person whickept me updated as to when the vehicle was picked up and when to expect it. There were a few other hiccups in the process with financing and sales miscommunications but nothing that derailed the deal. Though I didn’t have a great (or even good) experience, I have a feeling things would have been much smoother buying the vehicle in person so it would be harsh to leave less than 4 stars. If you do buy from out of state, lower expectations on your timeline. More

Initially, Joelle appeared to be helpful and knowledgeable. However, once I made my purchase and she received her commission, her attitude drastically changed. She became rude, unhelpful, and fa knowledgeable. However, once I made my purchase and she received her commission, her attitude drastically changed. She became rude, unhelpful, and failed to provide me with important information regarding the extra warranties she was pushing. It was not until later that I discovered there were hidden clauses and fine print that she conveniently omitted. More

The experience was better than I had anticipated. Andrew Zuniga did a really good job in getting me what I wanted in a car.
