I was an out of state buyer and appreciate that Corwin gave me the opportunity to purchase a car from them. Unfortunately, communication was very poor from the start and from the time I purchased the car gave me the opportunity to purchase a car from them. Unfortunately, communication was very poor from the start and from the time I purchased the car there was seemingly no urgency to update me on the status or actually get it to me. Additionally, I waited a full day for the out the door price request and when I finally heard back, there was “someone else looking at it” and I had to immediately place a deposit down to secure it. From the time of funding, it took two weeks to get my car on a truck to be shipped to me. Ultimately, albeit lat, the car did arrive in the condition expected. JR who was in charge of shipping was the one person whickept me updated as to when the vehicle was picked up and when to expect it. There were a few other hiccups in the process with financing and sales miscommunications but nothing that derailed the deal. Though I didn’t have a great (or even good) experience, I have a feeling things would have been much smoother buying the vehicle in person so it would be harsh to leave less than 4 stars. If you do buy from out of state, lower expectations on your timeline. More

My experience was average at this dealership. Matthew and Ryan were very nice. There were aspects I wish that could have been improved or compromised on. I was disappointed my car came with only Matthew and Ryan were very nice. There were aspects I wish that could have been improved or compromised on. I was disappointed my car came with only one key for such a new car, and a replacement key is over $500. I feel the dealership should have comp'd me a key somehow or lowered the price. Seems there was a slight mark-up and not much room for negociation. Employees were responsive and nice. More
