I stopped by over Labor Day weekend on a whim, expecting nothing more than to browse, but ended up driving home in Corwin Toyota Colorado Springs! I stopped by over Labor Day weekend on a whim, expecting nothing more than to browse, but ended up driving home in a 2024 Toyota 4Runner in excellent condition with reasonable mileage. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous trade-in offer for my 2022 Mercedes-Benz A220, which exceeded my expectations. Gabe also helped secure a great price on the 4Runner and went above and beyond to ensure I left happy. To top it off, we discovered we're from the same hometown! Small world! Gabe was professional, personable, transparent, and never made me feel pressured. I also appreciated Corwin Toyota's overall support and willingness to work with me. My only constructive feedback concerns the Finance Department. Processing efficiency, communication, and the transition from sales to finance could be improved to reduce unnecessary wait times. Overall, I walked in just looking and left with a great vehicle, a great deal, and a positive experience. I highly recommend Corwin Toyota, especially Gabe Simoneaux. Your dealership is the reason people hate buying used cars, and if I was the general manager or owner of your dealership I’d fire every manager.
